These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "you" or "your") and AR7777 (hereinafter "AR7777", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online gaming information platform accessible at ar7777.cam. When registering an account on the AR7777 Platform, you agree to the following obligations:

• Accurate Information: You must provide truthful, complete and current information during registration. This includes your real name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
• One Account Per Person: You may hold only one registered account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your password. You must not share your login details with any third party. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify AR7777 immediately at [email protected].
• Account Verification: AR7777 and/or third-party operators may require you to complete identity and age verification (KYC) procedures at any point. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested may result in account restrictions, including suspension of withdrawals.

• Using the Platform for any purpose that is unlawful, fraudulent or that violates any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
• Attempting to circumvent geographic access restrictions, age-verification systems or any other security measures implemented on the Platform or on any third-party operator's platform.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts or any software to access the Platform or extract data from it without AR7777's prior written consent.
• Publishing, transmitting or distributing any content via the Platform that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, hateful or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to AR7777's systems, databases, servers or networks, or those of any third-party operator referenced on the Platform.
• Using any third-party operator's platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime, regardless of the information source or referral path.
• Reproducing, copying, selling or reselling any part of the Platform's content or features without AR7777's express written permission.
• Registering on behalf of, or facilitating the registration of, any person who is under the minimum age, excluded from gambling or otherwise ineligible under these Terms.

Any breach of the prohibited use provisions above entitles AR7777 to immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account and, where appropriate, report the matter to the relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

AR7777 is an informational platform and does not itself process deposits or withdrawals. The following provisions relate to information AR7777 provides about payment methods used by third-party operators, and the obligations users accept when acting on such information.

• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble any part of the Platform's source code or underlying technology.
• Use any AR7777 trade names, trademarks, service marks or logos in any manner that is likely to cause confusion, misrepresentation or dilution of those marks.
• Frame or mirror any part of the Platform on any other website or platform without AR7777's express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of AR7777's intellectual property will constitute an infringement of these Terms and may give rise to claims under applicable intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, AR7777, its officers, directors, employees, agents and contractors shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any content published on it.
• Any reliance you place on information or content published on the Platform, including information about third-party operators, payment methods, bonus offers or odds.
• Financial losses incurred as a result of gambling with any third-party operator referenced or described on this Platform.
• Errors, omissions, inaccuracies or outdated information on the Platform, including information about payment-method availability, processing times or KYC requirements.
• Interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any third-party service it references.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform, AR7777 shall first seek to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. If a mutually acceptable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute shall be referred to the jurisdiction determined by AR7777's applicable legal domicile.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to restrict any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under the laws of your jurisdiction.

AR7777 reserves the right to amend, revise or update these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion. Where a material change is made, AR7777 will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page and, where reasonably practicable, notify registered users through the Platform or by email.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. AR7777 recommends that users review these Terms whenever they return to the Platform after an absence of more than 30 days.
